This concert was one of the many events that made up Festival South. An overflow audience in the Bennett Auditorium created a wonderful atmosphere.

Only a few months ago, a tornado ripped through the town and campus, with particularly bad damage to the music facilities. I was happy to make a special donation to the tornado relief fund through the sale of CDs.

It was another victory for Prokofiev! A string of them in this past season!
